Road to Saiwan, - Read Wonqueichung 5 miles, - During the early portion of the year, (until May), the Road was maintained in tolerable order for the sum of £13.15, Reg: 39 of 1847 and 5 of 1848; the wooden Bridges repairs, Reg: 31 and 38 of 1847 cost £33.19.5, so that the total expenditure amounted to £. 47. 14.3, or nearly £B for the half year.
